Plan Options

If would like to purchase a meal plan or if you would like to make a change to the plan you have already selected, please visit Student Accounts located on the lower level of the Administration building.

If you have a question about the meal plans offered, please call CAS at (845) 257-3370 or visit CAS online at newpaltzcas.com.

To modify your meal plan: 

  • Log onto your my.newpaltz.edu account
  • Click the "Students" tab
  • Click the "Money" link
  • Choose the "My Student Account" Link (Make sure you are viewing the correct semester)
  • Click "Change My Meal Plan" 
    *Please note that students are only allowed 1 meal plan change per semester. The deadline to make a modification is by the close of business on the second Friday of the semester*
To check your meal plan balance: 
  • Click here
  • Click "Log in here" on the left-side menu
  • Enter Credentials to login
  • Select "I'm new here" below the Banner # textbox if it's your first-time logging in.
  • Select "Forgot Password" below the Password textbox if a password reset is needed.
  • Your "Balances and Recent Transactions" (including Meal Swipes, Dining Dollars and Hawk Dollars if applicable) will be listed on your account homepage.

We offer two comprehensive dining plans to all residential and commuter students. With a diverse array of restaurants and cafes conveniently located across campus, these meal plans offer flexibility, value and variety for the busy, on-the-go student.


The Carte Blanche Plan (The Unlimited Plan) $2,575 

  • Unlimited meal swipes at Peregrine Dining Hall. Come and go when you want, as often as you want, and eat as much as you want.
  • $300 in dining dollars for the semester.
  • 3 guest passes for the semester.
  • 50 meal exchanges in retail dining per semester.*
  • All students with less than 30 credits will be required to be on this plan.
*Please note: Meal exchanges do not rollover from semester to semester.

The Ten Plan $2,575

  • 10** meal swipes per week at Peregrine Dining Hall
  • $1,000 in dining dollars for the semester.
  • 3 guest passes for the semester.
  • 50 meal exchanges in retail dining per semester.*
*Please note: Meal exchanges do not rollover from semester to semester.
**Please note: Meals do not rollover from week to week.
 
A meal exchange included with a meal plan allows a student to exchange a meal swipe for a select meal option at a retail dining location. Retail dining locations which accept meal exchanges are the Student Union Building, Element93 and Sweets & Treats Bakery. Look for the meal exchange option on our menus.

These plans are ideal for commuter students or faculty and staff who want to grab a quick bite to eat between classes.

  

10 Block $99 

  • 10 meal swipes can be used in Peregrine Dining Hall or as meal exchanges.

10 Block with $100 Dining Dollars $200 

  • 10 meal swipes can be used in Peregrine Dining Hall or as meal exchanges.
  • $100 in Dining Dollars. 

25 Block $249 

  • 25 meal swipes can be used in Peregrine Dining Hall or as meal exchanges.
Dining Dollars Plan A $100
  • $110 in Dining Dollars added to account.

Dining Dollars Plan B $200
  • $225 in Dining Dollars added to account.

  

  • Dining Dollars are sales tax free and are conveniently loaded to your SUNY New Paltz Student ID Card.  
  • Dining Dollars may be used at any campus dining retail location in person or via theGrubhubapp.  
  • Deposit Dining Dollars at any time and receive bonusesabsolutely free! Dining Dollars may be added in installments of $25.
