You are allowed to change your meal plan during the first two weeks of the academic year.

Yes. Any Dining Dollars left on your meal plan after the first semester rollover to the second semester. Second Semester (Spring) Dining Dollars are forfeited if you do not have a Spring meal plan. Any unspent Dining Dollars remaining on your meal plan by the end of the second semester are also forfeited.

No. Meals and guest meals do not rollover from semester to semester.

HASBROUCK DINING HALL offers an allergen free station called Simple Servings. Simple Servings is free of seven of the top eight allergens, including gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and shellfish, fresh caught wild fish is served. Everyday a hot entrée including a protein, vegetable and starch is served. 

GLUTEN ALLERGIES / CELIAC DISEASE SIMPLE SERVINGS is a station in Hasbrouck Dining Hall where students can access a gluten free pantry area. This area is not allergen free, but is exclusively gluten free. THE GLUTEN FREE PANTRY typically includes bread, bagels, English muffins, cereal, crackers and cookies. There is also a toaster, microwave and cutting board reserved exclusively for gluten free items. Gluten free pizza and pasta are available daily upon request. Although there is not separate gluten free kitchen, the dining staff has been trained in accommodating guests with food allergies and preventing cross contamination. Retail dining locations across campus offer gluten free menu options as well. The Roost at Ridgeview, SubConnection and Nester’s Grille in the Student Union Building all offer gluten free bread for sandwiches. Element 93 in Wooster hall offers gluten free bread, buns and wraps for sandwiches and burgers. POMODORO’S PIZZA AND PASTA makes gluten free pizza daily and gluten free pasta as an option on the menu. Fortunately, many foods are naturally gluten free. Beyond the gluten free alternatives to gluten containing foods, a variety of options are available across campus. The ELEMENT 93 menu includes a salad section with several unique choices, there is a SALAD TOSS station as well as TOKYO SUSHI in the Student Union Building and the Grab and Go coolers across campus offer a variety salads, fresh fruit, yogurt and more! 

VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN PEANUTS AND TREE NUTS There are a variety of choices for both vegan and vegetarian diets across campus. HASBROUCK offers an exclusively vegan area called Wild Mushroom, where a hot entree is served daily and changes for both lunch and dinner meals. Vegan desserts are served in the dining hall as well and non-dairy milks are available. Veggie burgers are available daily upon request, a vegan soup is served daily, and vegan proteins like beans, tofu, and edamame are always available on the salad bar. ELEMENT 93 offers an entire line of Vegan grab and go products called V93. V93 offers over 14 different options including Asian Fusion Noodles, Peanut Butter and Jelly and Mediterranean Falafel Morsels. Grab and Go coolers across campus offer several options from falafels to kale salad and hummus cups. Being very common and often the most severe among food allergies, the use of peanuts and tree nuts are avoided in campus dining. In HASBROUCK Dining Hall, sunflower butter is available as an alternative to peanut butter. Peanut butter is served exclusively in individual pre-sealed packages. Peanuts and tree nuts are not used in cooking; however baked goods may contain nuts at times and will be clearly labeled. Asking questions is always welcomed and encouraged!
